Cheap and Chic: 1 Skirt... 2 Looks

Every stylistas loves a good deal.  Target has been known for it's fabulous clothing department for several years, but this season they're on fire.  I've found some of the best graphic tees, chic work clothes, and fun everyday pieces at Target in the past few weeks.  I bought this striped skirt in March, and I just love how versatile it is!  It looks chic and professional with a blouse.  But it also looks fun and cool with a boxy graphic tee.  Either way, you've got a fabulous look for not a lot of $$!
