Fashion Week Dallas 2012 exulted on Tuesday night! Multiple stunning wedding dresses from Dallas’ Carpe Diem Bride were showcased on the runway at the cool venue, House of Blues. Carpe Diem Bride does it all: wedding dress consultations, photography, and hair and makeup for weddings as well as other major events. The finale dress was exclusively designed for Fashion Week Dallas by Binzario Couture, a Dallas bridal company. How cool is that?
After the show, I ran into Mahiri Takai again. He’s done an excellent job building up the Dallas fashion community by featuring local designers and businesses at Fashion Week Dallas. And remember, Fashion Week Dallas isn’t just about fun fashion shows, FWD is also raising awareness for AIDS and other charities.
